Users complain that the session ends before they finish a transfer flow with five steps.
USSD sessions are short and controlled by the operator, so shorten the flow: merge steps, offer defaults, and let users repeat a recent action with one key. Anything over three or four steps loses many users.
Never leave a financial action half-done: confirm only at the last step, store a pending state with the session id, and send a confirmation SMS so users know the final outcome even if the session drops.
